Welcome to Stay Anchored LLC. By visiting our website, placing an order, requesting a custom design, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Business Overview
Stay Anchored LLC is a small business based in Erie, Pennsylvania. We create custom, handcrafted, personalized, and made-to-order products, including laser-engraved items, sublimation products, apparel, personalized gifts, event items, business branding products, signage, freeze-dried goods, and other creative products.
Because many of our items are custom or handmade, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the custom creation process and do not necessarily qualify as defects.
Website Use
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website, products, designs, images, branding, or services in a way that is harmful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unlawful.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit access to our website at our discretion if we believe these terms have been violated.
Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, pricing, colors, sizing, materials, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that every product photo or screen display will perfectly match the final item.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, product materials, lighting, handmade processes, sublimation, engraving, printing, or supplier variations.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may include personalized products, business branding items, engraved products, sublimated items, apparel, signage, event-specific products, logo items, and other made-to-order pieces.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, dates, spelling, logos, wording, sizing, colors, design requests, and all other custom details.
Once a design proof is approved, production begins, materials are ordered, or work has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange.
Customer Approval
When a proof, mockup, or design preview is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Spelling
- Names
- Dates
- Colors
- Sizing
- Layout
- Logos
- Placement
- Wording
- Product details
Once approved by the customer, Stay Anchored LLC is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved proof or design.
Custom Artwork, Logos, and Design Ownership
Customers may submit logos, artwork, images, designs, wording, business names, team names, school names, or other materials for use in custom products.
By submitting any artwork, logo, image, design, phrase, name, or branding material to Stay Anchored LLC, the customer confirms that they either own the rights to that material or have permission to use it.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate copyright, trademark, licensing rights, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, school/team/organization rules, or any other legal restrictions.
Stay Anchored LLC is not responsible for verifying ownership or legal permission for customer-submitted artwork, logos, images, names, or designs.
Prohibited Use of Stay Anchored Custom Artwork
All custom artwork, mockups, layouts, designs, digital files, product concepts, wording, graphics, templates, and creative work created by Stay Anchored LLC remain the property of Stay Anchored LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, reuse, resell, distribute, upload, alter, trace, recreate, send to another vendor, or use Stay Anchored LLC custom artwork, mockups, proofs, layouts, templates, or design concepts without written permission.
This includes designs created for custom orders, product mockups, business branding items, event items, apparel designs, signage layouts, engraved designs, sublimation designs, and digital previews.
Purchasing a physical product does not give the customer ownership rights to the underlying artwork, design file, digital file, mockup, template, or production file.
If a customer would like to purchase rights to a custom design or request a digital file release, this must be discussed separately and approved in writing by Stay Anchored LLC. Additional fees may apply.
Refusal of Artwork or Orders
Stay Anchored LLC reserves the right to refuse any order, artwork, wording, logo, image, or design request that we believe is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, harmful, misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of another person’s or organization’s rights.
We may also refuse orders that involve copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, school, team, business, or brand materials if we believe the customer does not have proper permission to use them.
Payments
Payment may be required before custom work, design work, material ordering, or production begins.
Prices are subject to change at any time. If there is a pricing error, listing mistake, or checkout issue, Stay Anchored LLC reserves the right to correct the error, cancel the order, or contact the customer before proceeding.
Cancellations
Cancellations may only be accepted before design work has started, materials have been ordered, or production has begun.
Once work has started, cancellations may not be available or may be subject to a design fee, material fee, or production fee.
Custom orders, personalized items, food items, event-specific items, and made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once started.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy.
Because many Stay Anchored LLC products are custom, personalized, handmade, made-to-order, or food-related, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Stay Anchored LLC, customers must contact us within the timeframe listed in our Return Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are handled according to our Shipping Policy.
Stay Anchored LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, holiday delays, or other circumstances outside of our control once an order has been shipped.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available when offered or arranged. Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be subject to additional storage, rescheduling, or cancellation terms at our discretion.
Freeze-Dried and Food Products
Freeze-dried candy, freeze-dried foods, and other edible products are prepared and packaged with care.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information when provided, and any food-related details before purchasing.
Food products are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped, picked up, opened, or delivered.
Handmade and Custom Product Variations
Many Stay Anchored LLC products are handmade, engraved, sublimated, pressed, cut, assembled, or customized individually.
Small variations in color, placement, texture, engraving depth, wood grain, material finish, sizing, or appearance may occur. These variations do not necessarily make an item defective.
Limitation of Liability
Stay Anchored LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, services, custom items, shipping delays, customer-submitted materials, or order issues.
Our maximum responsibility for any order issue will not exceed the amount paid for the specific item or order involved.
Changes to Products, Pricing, and Policies
Stay Anchored LLC may update products, pricing, materials, availability, services, and policies at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
