Thank you for shopping with Stay Anchored LLC. We are a small business based in Erie, Pennsylvania, creating custom, handcrafted, and made-to-order products with care and intention.
Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Times
Most Stay Anchored items are custom, handmade, personalized, or made-to-order. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order size, design requirements, material availability, and current order volume.
Standard processing time is typically 3–10 business days before shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product listing or discussed during the custom order process.
Large orders, business branding orders, event items, apparel, signage, and personalized products may require additional production time.
Custom Order Timelines
For custom or personalized orders, production time may begin after:
- All order details are received
- Any required design proof is approved
- Payment is completed
- Materials are confirmed or ordered, if needed
Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, logos, sizing, colors, and design details before approval. Delays in approval may delay the order timeline.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Stay Anchored LLC currently ships orders using available carrier options through Shopify or other selected shipping providers.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in the Erie, Pennsylvania area when offered at checkout or arranged directly with Stay Anchored.
Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete and ready.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed by Stay Anchored LLC.
Stay Anchored is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high-volume shipping seasons, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Stay Anchored LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.
Stay Anchored LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after they have been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.
We are happy to assist where we can, but carrier-related issues may need to be resolved directly with the shipping provider.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact Stay Anchored LLC within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement, repair, remake, store credit, or refund may be appropriate.
Food and Freeze-Dried Products
Freeze-dried foods, candy, and other edible items are packaged with care. Due to the nature of food products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
Please review all product details before ordering.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.
