Customers who submit logos, artwork, images, wording, business names, team names, school names, brand names, or other materials confirm that they own the rights to those materials or have permission to use them.

Stay Anchored LLC is not responsible for verifying ownership, licensing, copyright, trademark, or usage rights for customer-submitted materials. The customer accepts responsibility for any claims, disputes, or issues related to materials they provide.

No Guarantee of Availability

Products, materials, colors, blanks, apparel sizes, supplies, packaging, and design options may change or become unavailable due to supplier inventory, discontinued products, material shortages, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If a material or product becomes unavailable, Stay Anchored LLC may offer a substitution, revised timeline, alternative option, or cancellation when appropriate.
