Tell us what you are creating, who it is for, your preferred quantity, timeline, budget considerations, and any ideas or inspiration you already have. You may send a logo, photograph, screenshot, sketch, or starting concept.

2. Creative Direction

We review the project and recommend the product, materials, production method, and design direction that best fit the intended use.

3. Proposal & Pricing

You receive a clear project recommendation and pricing based on the approved scope, quantity, materials, and production requirements.

4. Design & Proof

We prepare the artwork and provide a digital proof when applicable. Before approval, customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, wording, sizing, colors, layout, logo details, and placement.

5. Production

Production begins after required approvals and payment terms are complete. Each order is created with close attention to detail and inspected before delivery.

6. Pickup or Delivery

Your finished project is prepared for local pickup or shipping based on the arrangements included with your order.
